If you just started yoga or you are thinking on making this a part of your life, it may look like there is a lot of information to process. But the good news are, you are not here to learn from words, but to EXPERIENCE. 

It doesn't matter if you are a 10 year old experienced yoga practitioner or you are starting right now. Yoga is for everyone, anytime. Yoga will walk you through your best days and also in your gray days. Because that is what it is, a science of observing, and to observe we need to be imparcial. Because that is life. We are here to observe life. 

In Yoga we create habits
 
There is a lot of work to do. Lots of years of brainwash and programming delivered by a not very healthy society made us be the human we are now. With lots of beautiful things but also suffering, a lot of stress and many materialistic desires that at the end of the day we realize that they are just there to fulfil a void.
If you have ask yourself what is this crazy game that we are all playing, you are not alone, if you have never asked this to yourself, I invite you to. 

I believe that self-observation brings true knowledge. There is a lot of external information that we simply take to be true because we don't give ourselves a chance to question.
True knowledge comes from within. No veils, no stimulation. Just pure insight and real understanding.

The habit of observation will make you see that you are abundant. Everything you need its within. 

First steps.. Observation and understanding of the physical and energetic body. Because the body will give us many clues of how our mind works. 
It is a well-known fact that any physical attitude, if maintained for some time, automatically produces a corresponding psychic attitude, in feeling and in thinking, and establishes its own respiratory rhythm. When the physical attitude is correct, the psychic attitude and the breath will also be correct. Each fundamental asana is a basic "model" physical attitude. Through the set of asanas, therefore, in parallel, a set of basic, fundamental psychic states and attitudes are induced. For this reason, it can be said that Yoga, when practiced with sufficient dedication, is as much a course of training the psychic and mental development, as it is physical.

All the techniques in the practice will help you to create new habits to vibrate in abundance in your daily life and let go all the mental toxicity and bad patterns. Having a balance and healthy life is possible, and the good news is that you are the only responsable for that. 

This doesn't mean you have to do it alone. My job here is to escort you and give you tools that may help you to reach that state of harmony un your life. Because we all deserve it. And most importantly, YOU deserve it.
